Land Conquest is a GPS strategy game for Android that turns the physical world into a game board. Walk your neighborhood to claim land parcels, build your settlement, recruit units, spy on your neighbors, and launch PVP raids to plunder their resources. The game mixes real-time geolocation, economic management (Gold / Food / Materials) and tactical combat against players or AI empires. Currently in open beta across 150 million km² of real terrain.

Hi, I'm Nicolas — aka KiFouine. I design games and web/mobile/desktop tools when I'm not working the ER as a nurse.
Former project manager (Pages Jaunes, Arkea, Thales, Yves Rocher…), I opened WarpZone Rennes on the side in 2015 — an eSports bar that became the pilot of a 5-city franchise (Caen, Vannes, Lannion, Chambéry). I co-led the franchise's development for nearly a decade through the Oepad company. In 2024 I earned my nursing degree and now work the ER in Cesson-Sévigné.
Off-duty, I keep tinkering: Unity games, web apps, tools for healthcare workers, retro-dev on the Amstrad CPC… This portfolio gathers what I've built solo over the past few years.

HantaVirus Disease (previously prototyped as Plague Deck) is a web strategy game where you embody the Hantavirus and orchestrate its spread across the globe. Interactive zoomable world map, country-by-country infections, sea routes to cross oceans, a skill tree to specialize your strain (spread, lethality, stealth, mutations), and realistic countermeasures (vaccines, masks, distancing). Desktop-first but installable as a PWA on mobile.
Star Commander is an Electron app that acts as a multi-channel Discord voice relay to coordinate Star Citizen fleets. Commander mode broadcasts simultaneously across multiple voice rooms; Chief mode whispers exclusively to command. An in-game overlay layers broadcast status right on top of Star Citizen — no alt-tab in the middle of a fight. Built for large-scale ops where briefing multiple squads can't rely on manual channel switching.
Écho is a rhythm game unlike any other: you record 5 seconds of the sound around you (or upload an audio file), and the game turns every sound it detects into a note to tap across 3 colored lanes. Every run is unique because it's born from your environment — coffee frothing, a conversation, ambient music, street noise. Three difficulty levels (Soft / Standard / Intense) adjust note density. Mobile-first, playable with touch or A · S · D keys.

Solo RPG Master Game is a Custom GPT I designed to run solo roleplaying adventures inside ChatGPT. The GPT acts as a narrative game master who can drop you into any universe (fantasy, sci-fi, historical, contemporary), track your health, skills, and inventory, and generate scene images on the fly via GPT-4o. Available in French or English. To date, it has logged over 200,000 conversations and holds a 4.5/5 average rating across 5,000+ reviews on the ChatGPT marketplace.

PractoNote is a mobile-first web app (PWA) that helps healthcare workers manage clinical notes stored on their personal Google Drive. Full-text search, auto-detected medical tags (ER, Cardiology, Infectious, etc.), in-app note creation, smart 24h cache for offline reliability, and PWA install for quick access at work.
Goutte-Goutte
Drop by drop — rehydrating your child without missing a dose.
Goutte-Goutte is a PWA that helps parents and caregivers manage a child's oral rehydration during gastroenteritis (Picolite protocol). Weight-based auto-dosage, persistent notifications so you never miss a dose, intake and vomiting tracking, real-time progress charts, and data export for the doctor. Built to work fully offline — because at 3am with a sick kid, fighting connectivity is the last thing you want.
A web tool for locum nurses (freelance, agency) who want to track their shifts and compute their monthly pay without a spreadsheet. Custom rates per facility (short codes: Soir, MedPo, etc.), visual monthly calendar, automatic calculations, Google Drive sync to find your data on any device, and ICS export to drop your shifts into Google Calendar. Born from my own need when I started working in hospitals.

Claudius is a 3D exploration RPG in development on Unity 6 HDRP. The player discovers an open world with a dynamic quest system (fetch, delivery, exploration, dialogue) and AI companions whose dialogue is generated on the fly. Inventory and stamina management, with a rich UI (interactive pause menu and quest journal).

Conquest is a turn-based strategy game built around territorial conquest. Its key feature: a visible, cinematic AI — when the AI plays, its decisions are staged (delays, colored overlays, visual feedback) to make the opponent's turn readable and tense. Army deployment, territory combat, fortifications, and multiple difficulty levels (beginner / normal / expert).
Scythia OpenClaw
A foxy AI assistant — mischievous, proactive, with a real soul.
Scythia OpenClaw is no chatbot: she's a personal AI assistant whose brain is split across four tabs (Memory, Soul, Session, Proactive). Her identity is versioned in a SOUL.md file — direct, mischievous, proactive, honest. She runs DeepSeek V3 for deep reasoning and Groq (Llama 3.3 70B) for fast replies, and triggers tools on demand (weather via wttr.in, calendar, news). She talks back to you, remembers past conversations, and proactively follows up on open topics (taxes, errands, agenda…). React + Capacitor app, installable on Android and as a PWA.
A narrative RPG based on a branching choice scene system, featuring Camina Drummer from The Expanse series. The editor side is a 3-panel visual tool to author scenes, manage characters and backgrounds, and map out the story. Installable PWA directly from the browser.
Z80 StarPath
Retro-dev on the Amstrad CPC, in pure Z80.
Z80 StarPath is a minimal game engine written in Z80 assembly for the Amstrad CPC 464. It lays the low-level foundations: mode 1 rendering (320×200, 4 colors), tile system, keyboard handling, 50 Hz loop. A real hardware deep dive before gameplay — every byte counts.
A collection of mini web games built in pure HTML/CSS/JavaScript and hosted on GitHub Pages. Each is a quick prototype exploring a single mechanic: tactical combat, territorial conquest, dungeon RPG, space shooter… All playable directly in the browser with zero install, and fully open source for anyone to tinker with.
